Shipping is via UPS or USPS. (Sometimes DHL, FEDEX or USPS, and boards via Young Brothers, UAL Cargo or iCat Logistics)
Please know that our products are shipped from Hawaii and may take up to 2 to 7 days once your payment has cleared. For example, if an order is received Friday it may not arrive until the following Friday.
Shipments are insured against damage and breakage. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery.
International orders may incur Customs Duties and additional taxes that customers are obligated to pay.
After accepting your package, lease save all the packing materials in the rare event that you need to send your paddle back to us.

All our paddles are guaranteed for one year. In the rare case you find a manufacturer's defect please return the paddle to:

In the rare case your paddle breaks during use within the 365 day warranty period, please email us a picture and tell us how the paddle broke. We will need the paddle returned before we send you out a new one.

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping please contact info@c4waterman.com.
Paddle orders must be canceled prior to the time they are cut to size. Again, please contact info@c4waterman.com.
In the event your order has already been cut or shipped we are unable to cancel the order.
