C4 WATERMAN WARRANTY POLICY

At C4 Waterman, we stand by the prod­ucts we make. Your C4 Waterman board should arrive in per­fect con­di­tion and to hit the water. We go to great lengths to design and build a high qual­ity prod­uct and we make every effort to ensure they get to you in the best shape possible. As such, we offer the fol­low­ing lim­ited war­ranty against any defect in work­man­ship or mate­ri­als. If you aren’t sure whether or not your item is cov­ered by our war­ranty, please con­tact the store you purchased it at.

EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE

Our lim­ited war­ranty excludes the following:

• Boards that show impact or abuse, damage due to heat expo­sure includ­ing but not lim­ited to direct sun expo­sure, extended amount of time in a car, board bag, etc.
• Pre­vi­ous repairs
• Bro­ken boards
• Boards with signs of improper care or handling
• Inci­den­tal damages
• Unrea­son­able use

C4 WARRANTY PROCEDURE

All C4 Waterman stand-up paddleboards and paddles are cov­ered under a lim­ited 1 year war­ranty. In the case that a war­ranty is needed for any C4 Waterman prod­uct, it will be exe­cuted through your offi­cial C4 Waterman dealer where your pur­chase was made.

• This pol­icy cov­ers manufacturer’s defects ONLY.
• You must have valid proof of pur­chase from an autho­rized C4 Waterman dealer.
