C4 cofounder Todd Bradley is speaking at the World’s largest paddling expo, Canoecopia, in Madison, Wisconsin. His topic, “The roots of SUP, its culture and future.” Meanwhile, outside the Alliant Energy Center, it’s 28 degrees and the lakes are still frozen. Hopefully, spring comes quickly!

Supzilla and Supsquatch in Race Against Skin Cancer

On February 9th, 2012, Xcel’s first ever Race Against Skin Cancer was a huge success. More than 100 paddlers raced the 2.5 mile course from the Kaimana Beach Channel to Duke Kahanamoku Beach fronting the Hilton Hawaiian Village. All the proceeds went towards the University of Hawaii Cancer Center which is slated to open later this month.

More than 20 people raced on C4 Waterman’s Supzilla, the world’s largest stand-up paddle board.

And another crew finished the race on Supzilla’s half brother, Supsquatch. Click for more info and Results.
